I believe that more than ever, we need to develop and learn to trust our own "Inner Sense". By listening to our bodies and our emotions, we can be guided to health and healing. We can take charge of our health, our family’s health, and our planets health. The laws of nature are simple once acknowledged, and offer great rewards when applied. Start with the basics - eat whole food, drink more water, breathe deeply, find beauty, learn to forgive and show compassion, use natural healing methods when possible along with the best western medicine has to offer us.

Certified Shiatsu Therapist, from CenterPoint Massage & Shiatsu Therapy School & Clinic, Minneapolis, MN (2006) Methods of Shiatsu therapy includes Namikoshi Shiatsu, Shiatsu Anma, Kawaguchi techniques, Ampuku, Moxibustion, Cupping, and Tui Na.
Certificate of Aromatherapy from Australasian College of Herbal Studies. (2002) This in-depth program of 400 hours of study covers: in depth study of 40 essential oils, effective aromatherapy protocols for a variety of health conditions, comprehensive chemistry of essential oils, perfumery and blending for therapeutic and aromatic purposes, aromatic massage, reflexology, flower essences and more. I continue in my education in aromatherapy with advanced workshops, conferences and professional organizations continue to expand my expertise in this field.
Certificate of Completion from the Mikel Institute and Centers “A Program for Intuitive Living. (1993 – 1997) This 4-year program at The Mikel Institute provided a learning center and community for open, intelligent and systematic approach to spirituality, ethical practices and developing intuition, with a strong foundation in Spiritual Science and the Ancient Wisdom Teachings. This program prepared me and is the guiding philosophy for my work today, connecting me to my soul’s purpose, and giving me the skills necessary for being on the cutting edge of these challenging times.
Through the wonderful teachers and Mentors at the Mikel Institute, I learned skills and studied topics such as: Esoteric Healing, Death and Dying, Telepathy, Advanced Meditation. Personality assessment tools such as Enneagram, Numerology, Esoteric Healing, Basic Astrology, Myers Briggs, & 7 Rays. Foundational concepts of Ethical Practices, Esoteric Healing, Agni Yoga, Soul Infusion.
I learned the art of reading Shusta Cards and learned the simple yet powerful technique of giving energy balances with the Cosmic Christ Energy. These skills are now integrated with Shiatsu Bodywork, and essential oil therapies.
