JodiBaglien.com accepts payment by cash, check, check card, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for services provided at or orders that are picked up at the Ivy Cottage office location in Osseo, Minnesota.

Online orders must be paid using one of the major credit cards listed above.

Minnesota Residents will be charged applicable state and local sales tax for product or services orders.

When placing an order through our online store, please complete all required information on the "Checkout Page".

JodiBaglien.com requires a minimum order of $20.
Shipping

We ship via US Postal Service or UPS to the 48 contiguous United States.

Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are shipped via the US Postal Service.

JodiBaglien.com does NOT ship to International (non-United States) locations.

Actual shipping charges will reflect the shipping and packaging costs to the destination listed.

If you are ordering more than one item from the JodiBaglien.com online catalog to be shipped to a single address, we will package the items together in the most cost effective manner.

Actual shipping charges that will be applied to your credit card will be determined after you place your order.

You will be notified by email with a total amount (products, services, taxes, and shipping) that will be charged to your credit card.

For example, an order containing 12 bottles (10 ml each) typically ships for $6 via US Postal Service Priority Mail.
Product Returns

Please contact Jodi Baglien before returning any product. If contact is not made prior to shipping the return, the return will not be credited back to your credit card.

The item must be returned unopened within 30 days of purchase. Sorry, our initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.

If you return an item, it must be packaged in the same manner it had been shipped by JodiBaglien.com

If an item arrives in a damaged condition, save all of the packing materials and consult your delivering company.
Other Returns or Appointment Cancellations

e-Book purchases are not refundable.

Gift Certificates cannot be returned or refunded.

Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or are "no shows" will be charged the full amount for the session or service.

To receive a refund for pre-paid classes, workshops, or other events, Jodi Baglien must receive an email request to withdraw from the class or workshop at least 5 business days prior to the date of the event. A processing fee of $15 may be charged for event cancellations.
Product Pricing

We update the prices listed on the Jodi Baglien online store regularly.

The online store may not always reflect the most current price we charge for oils and blends due to market price fluctuations and product availability.

If any price on the JodiBaglien.com online store does not reflect a recent price change, you will be contacted for approval of the new price prior to your order being processed.
