Bay Laurel

I love using Bay Laurel, Laurus Nobilis. This is probably my first love in using essential oils. It's a great oil to get the lymphatic circulation open. However, don't use it every day as you may become sensitized to it. I recommend diluting it if you're a therapist using it on other people. I like it full strength on myself.
