My favorite blend. I think this was my first truly "inspired" blend. I noticed during a session that some were either too grounded, or too spacey, they needed to find their breath, and come into their bodies, but stay open to receive. Made with Vetiver for earths grounding energy, Frankincense to deepen and expand your breath, Bergamot for opening to higher vibrations, along with other oils for balancing. Excellent for meditation, taking time for yourself during the day, and worn as a pleasant reminder to breath and ground.
