Commonly used for — This Black Spruce is my favorite of all the conifer oils. Black Spruce is like a brisk walk in the woods. Refreshing, uplifting, and helps open and clear the head and chest if you are suffering with a cold. It's a great respiratory tonic and lovely oil for your diffuser in the winter time. Black Spruce helps move energy, and is a good addition to muscular blends for improving circulation.

These oils can be used undiluted in an ultra sonic diffuser (skip the coconut oil) or used for a muscle or chest rub (add the coconut oil).
